Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Majer Hockey. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the time your order was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Package Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well protected.

3. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation. In some cases, we may offer alternative solutions.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the item you desire.

• Exceptions

  Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, including but not limited to:
    • Base layer items
    • Underwear
    • Jocks
    • Jills
    • Compression wear
    • Any other items deemed by Majer Hockey to fall under hygiene guidelines
  • Mouthguards
  • Special order items
  • Custom-ordered or decorated items
  • Used or demonstration (demo) items
  • Pro return/pro stock items
  • Closeout/end of line items
  • Tape
